Coffee Cupping Session

Cupping is the method of evaluating and purchasing coffees without bias. It is also a great way to understand and experience the raw potential of different lots of coffee. It involves measuring and weighting out coffee and hot water into bowls and slurping and tasting the brewed coffee roasted specifically for that method.
Over this 1.5 hour session, you will learn how the cupping process works, how to taste and evaluate coffees, you will learn differences between different styles of coffee from farm level and the favourite options will be brewed as a pour-over to see how the flavours translate into the final experience.
