Supporting you

Leaving job security and mateship of the Navy, Army, or Air Force to re-enter civilian life can be challenging for you and your family.

When your career in the Australian Defence Force ends, it’s not unusual to feel adrift in the world.

Soldier On is here for you. Our free programs and services – covering health, employment, learning, participation, and social connection – provide the tools and support you and your family need to lead a meaningful civilian life. We are also here for you and your family while you are still a serving member of the ADF.

Whether you need to find a job or a new place to live, build new skills or make new friends, we will help make it happen. If you are struggling with your mental health, our empathetic and discreet psychological services are available to you at no cost.

If you simply want to chat over coffee with somebody who understands what you are going through, we can do that too – many of us at Soldier On are veterans, or partners of past and current ADF personnel ourselves.
