Soldier On’s Annual Reports record the organisation’s activities and performance during the financial year, documenting progress against the strategic direction and goals of the organisation, as well as the provision of key achievements, financial positioning and performance.
This year, Soldier On has continued to walk alongside thousands of veterans and their families as they navigate life after service.
The 2024–2025 Impact Report highlights remarkable outcomes: Over 6,000 veterans engaged in social connection activities, nearly 2,400 participants received education and mentoring support, the team provided more than 2,100 one-on-one employment support sessions, and participants were supported in 1,976 psychology sessions. Each story, from James rebuilding his career to Ellyse finding her path in education, reflects Soldier On’s mission to ensure every veteran and family member can thrive.
As we look ahead, with a focus on Remembrance. Renewal. Relationships., we are strengthening programs, improving access, and expanding reach so that no one who has served is left behind.
