Anna has worked in inpatient and community public mental health settings, research settings, and private practice. Anna takes a relational approach to therapy that offers a safe and non-judgmental space for reflection and self-exploration.
Anna is committed to helping families strengthen their relationships after adversity or other challenging life events, including those experienced in military contexts, and in supporting individuals to develop a stable, compassionate, and integrated understanding of themselves. Her work is informed by her interests in complex trauma, attachment, and personality. Anna completed her PhD (Clinical Psychology) in the area of parenting.
