Cleaner Team Leader
$27.97 as a permanent, part-time employee
- Weekend position
- Frankston South residential aged care facility with 120 beds
- 0700-1200 Saturday 0700-1200 Sunday

THE POSITION
- Lead and supervise cleaning teams across daily and periodic tasks
- Allocate staff duties and manage rosters to ensure service coverage
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high hygiene standards
- Support infection control procedures and specialised cleaning in high-risk areas
- Train, mentor, and onboard new and existing staff
THE PERSON
- Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role, ideally in healthcare
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse cleaning team
- Experience managing rosters and coordinating daily operations
- Competent in managing inventory and waste reduction practices
- Police check holder (or you are willing to obtain a police check)
