Step into a leadership role with impact. We’re seeking an experienced Assistant Parts Manager to support and guide our fast-paced Parts department in Hazelmere.
This permanent, full-time position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys developing people, and is committed to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
Manage daily Parts sales operations Including Service, Field service and Front Counter.
- Implement Parts Advisor training programs both internal and external for consistent upskilling of Parts Sales Staff.
- Drive an ongoing improvement culture in Safety, Quality and Productivity for the Parts Team.
- Support the Parts department in meeting and exceeding the company’s NPS target.
- Identify & rectify process gaps.
About You
- Parts exposure and experience, preferably in a diverse industrial environment.
- Demonstrated ability in successfully managing, developing and motivating a workforce.
- Strong experience in understanding and interpreting business financial information.
