Take a deep breath and join Soldier On for a fortnightly Yin Yoga session, guided by experienced facilitator Georgie Way. This session is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and restore.
Unlike fast-paced workouts, Yin Yoga focuses on slow, deep stretching and mindful relaxation, helping to:
