About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Report Developer.
As a Report Developer you will create, test, deploy and manage data and analytics solutions in Azure at Essential Energy.
As a Report Developer you will need to be an expert in accessing, transforming, and reporting on data from multiple data sources and have a positive, proactive attitude and will be able to work closely with users to define how data can be accessed, transformed and modelled to meet requirements.
This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
About You
You have extensive experience in data warehousing, business intelligence, and delivering data solutions. You are skilled in SQL, Python, or Scala, and understand data architecture patterns. Your expertise includes using Microsoft technologies like Azure and SQL Server, and you are familiar with Data Vault automation tools.
You think strategically within ICT frameworks and are accountable for delivering team objectives. Your excellent communication skills help you document and share outcomes effectively. You manage relationships well and handle complex workloads efficiently. Additionally, you are proficient in Power BI reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced Diploma of Information Technology, Advanced Data Management or demonstrated capability through past employment experience and/or relevant qualifications.
