Kinexus run the onsite recruitment team in Canberra for Amentum, a large major service provider within the Defence sector. Their portfolio includes the biggest projects in Defence across the LAND, SEA, AIR and Cyber domains.
We are looking to add to our team the services of a Talent Acquisition Officer who will provide support to find and identify top talent for Amentum’s roles across Australia.
The Talent Acquisition Officer will be tasked with supporting the recruitment for both ICT and Engineering roles. Importantly, you will be working to support the growth of Key projects in the Defence sector and in turn, the growth of Defence Capability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Identifying talent across Defence, engineering and ICT
•Source candidates nationally into a broad range of Defence ICT & Engineering projects
•Partner with Business managers to create recruitment strategies in line with current needs
•Work with bid teams to provide HR input and SME on availability of personnel
•Work with line managers to Interview and ID talent through a broad referral network
•Support a great company to become better
•Work as part of a great HR team•
Working with key stakeholders to achieve business outcomes
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
•Ex ADF personnel who wishes to remain involved in the sector.
•A passion for defence and the technical world
•Excellent organisational skills
•Good administration skills and experience
