What We are seeking:
Lasseters Surveillance Department are seeking an experienced Surveillance Operator to support our Shift Security Managers in the execution of their duties and ensure the safety or all Our guests, coupled with excellent customer service.

Preferred experience:
- Two (2) years of experience in a Control Room/ Surveillance Room environment
- Military Service (ADF/NZDF) highly regarded
- Full working rights and/or valid Work Visa
The Role:
- Monitor Operations across the Resort, and in particular Gaming Operations.
- Conduct internal/external CCTV sweeps to ensure the Security and Safety of the complex, our guests and staff.
- Coordinate, or assist in the coordination of, incident responses and escalation to relevant Emergency Services Agencies.
- Support Security Shift Managers in identifying potential matters of concern, such as Anti-Social behaviour, trespass or criminal offending.
- Collect Electronic data on incidents and provide reporting to the Director, Security and Surveillance, as well as external stakeholders.
- Support Gaming Operations by conducting reviews of transactions.
The successful applicant Must hold:
- A Dual NT Crowd Control and Security Licence, or ability to meet Mutual Recognition requirements
- Be able to satisfy the requirements to obtain a Casino Operatives Licence, which involves Criminal History and Government probity checks
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Current Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Current Certification in Responsible Service of Gaming
