In partnership with the Australian Defence Force, Ventia are seeking an experienced Shuttle Bus Driver to support our Defence Base Services contract based at Victoria Barracks on St Kilda Road, Melbourne.

This is a permanent full time role working froom 7am – 3pm  Monday to Friday.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Driving Defence members between Victoria Barracks Melbourne & Defence Plaza Melbourne on a timetabled shuttle bus service.
  • Driving an automatic Toyota HiAce Commuter Bus – seats 11 passengers.
  • Responsible for ensuring the vehicle is kept clean & refuelled.
  • Assisting with other transport tasks as required.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Current Victorian Driver’s Accreditation issued by Commercial Passenger Vehicles Victoria/Safe Transport Victoria
  • Full Australian Drivers Licence – C Class License sufficient
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High level of presentation and attention to detail
  • Reliable and punctual
