What We are seeking:
Lasseters Surveillance Department are seeking an experienced Surveillance Operator to support our Shift Security Managers in the execution of their duties and ensure the safety or all Our guests, coupled with excellent customer service.

Preferred experience:
- Minimum Five (5) years demonstratable experience in a Management Role in Protective Security.
- Certificate IV in Security Management highly desirable.
- Military Service (ADF/NZDF) highly regarded, particularly Policing and/or Force Protection, with demonstratable command responsibilities.
- Full working rights and/or valid Work Visa
The Role:
- Assist the Director, Security and Surveillance to manage the day-to-day Protective Security operations across the Resort.
- Prepare rosters to ensure adequate personnel on duty to ensure Security and Safety of the complex, our guests and staff.
- Coordinate incident responses and escalation to relevant Emergency Services Agencies.
- Provide guidance to Security Shift Managers in identifying potential matters of concern, such as Anti-Social behaviour, trespass or criminal offending and develop process to mitigate such activities.
- Collect Electronic data on incidents and provide reporting to the Director, Security and Surveillance, as well as external stakeholders.
- Support Gaming Operations by conducting reviews of transactions.
- Provide guidance and Leadership to our internal Security Teams.
- Liaise with the Surveillance Manager to ensure Department interoperability and cohesion.
The successful applicant Must hold:
- A Dual NT Crowd Control and Security Licence, or ability to meet Mutual Recognition requirements
- Be able to satisfy the requirements to obtain a Casino Operatives Licence, which involves Criminal History and Government probity checks
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications
- Current Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol
- Current Certification in Responsible Service of Gaming
