Veolia has an opening for a detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our Energy Services team on the Sunshine Coast. You will be a part of a growing number of innovative projects that are driving energy sustainable solutions.

What you’ll be responsible for
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects
- Develop and maintain project-related documentation including contracts, plans, schedules and reports.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditure in line with revenue KPI’s.
- Manage project invoices.
- Liaise with the Veolia Accounts Payable team for accurate and timely vendor payments.
- Oversee profit centre procurement, including purchase order management.
- Coordinate vendor setup in relevant systems.
- Update and distribute meeting minutes, agendas, and progress reports.
- Assist the wider Veolia Energy team with administrative support.
What you’ll need to be successful
- Extensive administrative experience, preferably within project roles.
- A high degree of computer literacy with a particular focus on spreadsheets.
- Experience with project management and invoicing software would be highly regarded.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
