Dr Jenna Spink

Clinical Psychologist, Senior Psychologist

Jenna is a UK trained clinical psychologist who has worked in Melbourne for over 7
years. She has a long-standing interest in working with families where that has
been relationship difficulties and/or adversity. Jenna has worked in public health
settings, community settings, not-for-profit and private services, including working
with complex mental health, children in out-of-home care, veterans,
perinatal work and parenting. Jenna has family members who have served in the
military and grew up in a city with military bases. She is aware of the impact that
service can have on the whole family and this has motivated her to work with
veterans and their families.

Jenna’s work has been influenced by attachment theory, and she tends to use
relational therapeutic models. She believes in a person-centred approach and
focuses on building a strong therapeutic relationship to support change. Jenna also
feels passionately about supporting parents through challenging times to develop
and strengthen their attachment with their child/ren.
