BEYOND BLUE can be contacted for support any time of the day or night and provide one-on-one chats with trained mental health professionals. Their number is 1300 22 4636.

LIFELINE – If you, or someone you know, is experiencing emotional distress, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14 (24 hours/7 days) or chat to a crisis supporter online at www.lifeline.org.au (7pm – midnight / 7 days).

OPEN ARMS (FORMERLY VETERANS AND VETERANS’ FAMILIES COUNSELLING SERVICE (VVCS)) offers free services with counsellors and has a 24-hour contact number in case you need assistance outside of business hours. Open Arms is contactable on 1800 011 046This service is for current Australian Defence personnel, Veterans, and Families.
