Frontline Yoga provides yoga for mental and physical strength and resilience, delivered in a trauma sensitive way. Police, Paramedics, Firefighters, Defence, Healthcare Workers, SES/RFS, and Surf Life Savers can access free weekly yoga. Frontline’s aim is to foster community and support for those who step into frontline roles.
David Pang, an ex-military veteran leads the yoga sessions at the Robert Poate Centre. Sessions run from 6:00pm-6:45pm on Thursday evenings.
