- Yoga with Shannon Powell: Gentle movement, breathwork, body scan meditations, and self-soothing techniques to support nervous system regulation (accessible for all levels)

- Easy Ferny Walk – 10 minutes
- Medium Bush Walk – 10-15 minutes
Workshops & Expert Sessions
- Keynote Speaker – Dr. Avi Charlton: Lifestyle GP and nutrition expert, sharing insights on health, wellbeing, and breathwork (lecture recording available for promotional use)
- Psychology Workshops: Understanding your mental states, improving relationships, and practical tools to enhance emotional wellbeing
- Art & Design Workshop – Led by Daniella Brustman, this collaborative project will encourage participants to explore their personal narratives through creative storytelling. The retreat will culminate in an art exhibition, where participants’ stories will be brought to life through design. Daniella will continue working with them post-retreat to refine the final pieces.
