Purple Ink Writing Project @ Robert Poate Centre
Apr 26 @ 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Expressions of Interest are invited for an upcoming and exciting writing program that will take place from February to November next year 2018. The aim of this project is to provide a structured program for the development of writing skills across a range of genres in a safe and supportive environment for Soldier On participants, with the potential opportunity for publication.

This project is designed for veterans and their families who have been affected by their service from 1990. Sessions will run fortnightly on Thursday evenings from 6-8pm at the Robert Poate Centre in Gungahlin. There is a maximum of 15 spaces so please send an expressions of interest that includes your name, information about you or your partner’s service, contact details, and any experience you may have with writing (all levels of experience are welcome, from beginners to published authors) to the team at act@soldieron.org.au. Current and ex-serving national security service personnel and first responders, who have served since 1990 may also be considered depending on availability of spaces.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain new skills in writing and access the knowledge and experience of well know published authors. Get it quick before places run out!
