Member of Mental Health Australia!

Soldier On has recently been accepted as a member of Mental Health Australia (MHA). This peak, national, non-government organisation represents and promotes the interests of the Australian mental health sector and is committed to achieving better mental health for all Australians.

The membership group is made up of national organisations representing consumers, carers, special needs groups, clinical service providers, public and private mental health service providers, researchers and state/territory community mental health peak bodies. Some examples of other members include, beyondblue, The Black Dog Institute, The Australian Psychological Society and headspace.

The recognition by the MHA of Soldier On’s work in the area of mental health is an incredible honour and is a reflection of the great work being carried out at Soldier On. Our membership with Mental Health Australia is validation of the approach taken here at Soldier On including the suite of services available to national service personnel and their families

We would like to thank MHA for accepting us as a member. For more information on this announcement click here. For more information on Soldier On’s mental health program, click here.

Pathways Networking Events

Soldier On is launching a calendar of Pathways Networking Events for Australian Service Personnel and their families in 2018 that provide an opportunity for service personnel and families to connect with corporate representative and HR teams, and education providers, in a relaxed and informal setting. These free networking events are available to all current, transitioning, or ex, service personnel and their spouses and children.  The aim of the Pathways Networking Events is to connect service personnel, and their spouses, with potential employers and Pledge Partners of Soldier On to start discussions about opportunities available to the service community, post-transition. Please email for more information or to register your interest in attending.
